Delivery and Shipping

When will my order be processed?

We are committed to ensuring you receive your goods as quickly as possible. Please carefully check the selected model and color when placing your order, as orders cannot be modified once they are entered into the system. Once the order is processed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days after placement, shipped the day after processing, and delivered within 10-20 days.

Some goods will be shipped directly from our domestic warehouses, while the rest will be manufactured and shipped directly from our factories in the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Shipment confirmation

After your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, through which you can track the package's delivery status. Shipping costs depend on the package's weight and the delivery address. All customs duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

As the recipient, it is your responsibility to track your order and submit any necessary documents to customs or the courier company. If the order is returned to the sender or marked as undeliverable due to the recipient's failure to follow up or submit necessary documents, we will be unable to process a refund or exchange free of charge. You may need to place a new order.

Your local customs may require additional documentation and time to clear your package, which could delay the expected delivery time.

Your order may be delivered by your local post office or courier company. Depending on your location, most orders will be delivered by the local postal service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, the postal service may leave a pickup notice card explaining how and where to collect the package.

Taxes and Fees

Once the package arrives in the destination country, import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may apply. These fees are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country/region.

These fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient; Seraphiclives does not cover them. Please consult your local customs office for details.

Customs and Regulations

It is your responsibility to check local postal regulations to find out which items are prohibited, as we are not responsible for items that are not accepted in your country.

Foreign exchange transaction fees

If your credit card account is not denominated in USD, the actual exchange rate may differ from the rate displayed on our website. You may also be subject to foreign currency transaction fees. These fees are determined by your bank based on its pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for exchange rates or any fees that may be charged by your bank or credit card company. For more details on foreign currency transaction fees, please contact your bank.

Prices in our store are displayed in your local currency, but will be settled in US dollars at checkout. All transactions are settled in US dollars via PayPal or Stripe.

Cancel/Change

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will process and ship it as soon as possible. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we cannot make any changes. Please note that any orders that have been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
